A leading financial trading organisation seek a Java Developer for an initial 6 month contract to work on distributed exchange applications and trading platforms. Permanent Developers looking to go contracting are encouraged to apply as the company are happy to wait for a one month notice period.
Duties will include developing core componenets such as FIX gateways and matching engines. The team are Agile and work with short short iterations and frequent releases.
Skills needed:
- Core Java
- Concurrent Programming / Multithreading
- TDD
- Messaging- JMS, MQ Series etc
- FIX experience nice to have but not essential
