Senior Lettings Negotiator - £20K Basic 40K OTE

Our high end client is seeking a driven and intelligent Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their expanding team to let their extensive portfolio of properties. The ideal Senior Lettings Negotiator candidate will be accomplished at negotiating lettings contracts with both landlords and tenants and have a strong personality to deal with the nature of the role. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years Lettings experience. The candidate must be well spoken, highly articulate and be driven to succeed. In return our client is more than happy to pay a generous basic salary and a strong commission structure and offer a structured career path.

Senior Lettings negotiator requirements..

• Minimum of 3 Years Lettings Negotiator experience
• Drive, ambition and personality
• Driving License &Own car required
• Highly organised
• Abilty to conduct viewings, agree lets with both tenants and landlords, reference tenants, be able to hold meetings with the property managers once a let is agreed to run through what is required.
• Must be familair with HomeLet referencing
• Must be familiar with CFP software
• Able to agree their own lets
