Lettings Negotiator - £16-18K Basic £28K OTE - Company Car
Our high end client is seeking a driven and intelligent Lettings Negotiator to join their expanding team to let their extensive portfolio of properties. The ideal Lettings Negotiator candidate will be accomplished at negotiating lettings contracts with both landlords and tenants and have a strong personality to deal with the nature of the role. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months Lettings experience. The candidate must be well spoken, highly articulate and be driven to succeed. In return our client is more than happy to pay a generous basic salary and a strong commission structure and offer a structured career path.
- Minimum of 12 months Lettings Negotiator Experience
- Be able to negotiate deals adeptly
- Drive, ambition and personality
- Driving License and car required
- ARLA training provided
