Senior Lettings Negotiator - £60K OTE - No Driving license required
Our high end client is seeking a driven and intelligent Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their expanding team to let their extensive portfolio of properties. The ideal Senior Lettings Negotiator candidate will be accomplished at negotiating lettings contracts with both landlords and tenants and have a strong personality to deal with the nature of the role. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years Lettings Negotiator experience. The candidate must be well spoken, highly articulate and be driven to succeed in order to be considered for this Senior Lettings Negotiator role. In return our client is more than happy to pay a generous salary and a strong commission structure.
Senior Lettings Negotiator requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years Lettings Negotiator Experience
- Experience of a volume market
- Be able to negotiate deals adeptly
- Must be highly commission driven
- Drive, ambition and personality
- Must be a competent lettings valuer
