Senior Lettings Negotiator - £30-33K Basic ** NO WEEKENDS**
Our high end client is seeking a driven and intelligent Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their expanding team to let their extensive portfolio of properties. The ideal Senior Lettings Negotiator candidate will be accomplished at negotiating lettings contracts with both landlords and tenants and have a strong personality to deal with the nature of the role. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one years Lettings Negotiator experience. The candidate must be well spoken, highly articulate and be driven to succeed in order to be considered for this Senior Lettings Negotiator role. In return our client is more than happy to pay a generous basic salary and a strong commission structure, car allowance and offer a structured career path.
Senior Lettings Negotiator requirements:
- Minimum of 12 months Lettings Negotiator Experience
- Be able to negotiate deals adeptly
- Drive, ambition and personality
- Driving License and own car required
