Part Time Administrator - £10-11 p/h ( 4 days per week 9.30 - 3.00)
An exciting opportunity has become available for a hard-working and enthusiastic candidate looking for a Part Time Administration role. The Administrator will have two years administration experience.
PART TIME ADMINISTRATOR SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
- Manage electronic data and e-mails and ensure all clients files are updated
- Dealing with utility companies
- General administration and team work
- Methodical, organised and reliable
- Self-motivated with excellent time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills including professional telephone manner
- Proficient with Microsoft Office packages, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word
- Liaising with tenants and landlords
Tasks will include day to day Administration duties such as taking and resolving incoming calls, compiling and sending letters to tenants, updating files, data input, tenancy agreements etc.
