Our very high end client is seeking a driven and intelligent Sales Negotiator to join their expanding team. The ideal Sales Negotiator candidate will be accomplished at negotiating Sales contracts with both vendors and applicants and have a strong personality to deal with the nature of the role. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months property sales experience. You must be well spoken, highly articulate and be driven to succeed. This is an amazing Sales Negotiator opportunity to earn great money in an expanding team.

Sales Negotiator:

• 12 months property sales experience
• Must have sales progression experience
• Ability to demonstrate a proven track record
• Passion for selling houses
• Chance to work for a market leading agent
• Manage electronic data and e-mails and ensure all clients files are updated and compliant
• Deal with property owners/tenants queries verbally and in written form
• Carry out market appraisals and follow up with potential clients
• Register requirements and details of potential clients and applicants
• Carry out viewings of properties
• Give feedback from viewings to the owners of properties
• Must have a driving license and own car
