Senior Lettings Negotiator - £20-25K Basic - £45K OTE

Our high end client who is a- market share leader with lots of stock is seeking a driven and intelligent Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their expanding team to let their extensive portfolio of properties. The ideal Senior Lettings Negotiator candidate will be accomplished at negotiating lettings contracts with both landlords and tenants and have a strong personality to deal with the nature of the role. The ideal Senior Lettings Negotiator will have experience of winning stock. The candidate must be well spoken, highly articulate and be driven to succeed in order to be considered for this role, in return our client is more than happy to pay a generous salary and a strong commission structure and offer a structured career path. Must be ambitious as there is scope for fast progression with the company to management level.

Senior Lettings Negotiator requirements:

• 1 years lettings negotiator experience
• Be able to negotiate deals adeptly
• Drive, ambition and personality
• Must be highly ambitious to progress
• Must have a Driving License
• Must be a strong deal closer
