Sales and Lettings Negotiator - £20K Basic £45K OTE - 5 day week

An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and reliable Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join an award winning estate agency. Our high end client is seeking a driven and intelligent Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join their expanding team to let their extensive portfolio of properties. The ideal Sales and Lettings Negotiator candidate will be accomplished at negotiating lettings contracts with both landlords and tenants and have a strong personality to deal with the nature of the role. The ideal Sales and Lettings Negotiator candidate will have at least 12 months Sales or Lettings experience. The candidate must be well spoken, highly articulate and be driven to succeed. Full brand training will be given for aspirational individuals. Our client will provide ongoing training and progression.

Sales and Lettings Negotiator requirements/responsibilities:

• Minimum of 12 months Sales or Lettings experience in a busy environment
• Carry out market appraisals and follow up with potential clients
• Register requirements and details of potential clients and applicants
• Carry out viewings of properties
• Good organisation and self-motivation to be able to manage and prioritise a busy workload
• Give feedback from viewings to the owners of properties
• Excellent computer skills to include MS Office Outlook, along with some knowledge of Excel
• Must have a driving license and own car
