Trainee Sales Negotiator - £17K Basic £40K OTE
This is a great opportunity for a trainee to get in to agency....
The ideal Trainee Sales Negotiator candidate will have previous sales experience gained from a customer focused environment and keen to learn and develop their skills in Estate Agency. They will be highly motivated and ambitious and want to play an active part in the continued success of the Sales Team by achieving targets in all business income streams including property sales, booking valuations, financial service appointments and sign ups, conveyancing quotes and instructions. The Trainee Sales Negotiator should have/possess:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An excellent telephone manner
- 6 months targeted sales experience required
- Excellent personal presentation and conduct
- An organised and methodical approach
- A valid UK driving licence and own car required
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Evidence of good negotiation and influence skills
- Evidence of targeted sales experience
- Evidence of excellent customer service
- Must have a full Driving License
