Senior Sales Negotiator - PART TIME - 3-4 days a week - £25-30k OTE
Senior Sales Negotiator role dealing with the sale of property and the opportunity to value new instructions or training to make the transition in to valuing.
Senior Sales Negotiator role:
- Instruction winning
- Selling Houses
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Booking viewings
- Promoting the company in a professional manner
- Working as a team player to ensure the company meets targets
Senior Sales Negotiator Person Specification:
- Experience of selling houses in and around the area with a reputable brand
- Be ready to take the next step towards valuing or already be a valuer
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport instantly
- Positive Mental Attitude
- Closing ability
- Looking to further your career
Senior Sales Negotiator Essential Criteria:
- A full UK Driving License and own car
- 2 years experience selling houses for a reputable company
