Description

Senior Lettings Administrator

Our client is a boutique agency based in the West End who are looking for an experienced Senior Lettings Administrator to join their flagship team.

For this Senior Lettings Administrator role you must:

  • Have at least 12 months experience
  • Have a very high attention to detail
  • Be articulate and capable of communicating effectively with tenants and HNWI alike
  • Work well under pressure
  • Have a good sense of humour
  • have great time management skills
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Lettings Administrator
  • Produce and finalise tenancy agreements and perform in accordance with agreed quality and productivity targets

  • Answer the telephone and deal with any client / applicant / tenant queries promptly and professionally.

  • Welcome visitors into the office and deal with any lettings queries they may have.

  • Coordinate property inspections and client meetings for team members, where requested

  • Maintain an accurate record of the allocation and movement of property keys

  • Assist in the reference and credit check process for new and prospective tenants

  • Assist in the production of marketing and promotional material

  • Update the website, as required

  • Assist Property Managers in obtaining quotes, and appointing/monitoring contractors

  • Coordinate gas safety certificates, electrical certificates and EPCs
