Senior Lettings Administrator
Our client is a boutique agency based in the West End who are looking for an experienced Senior Lettings Administrator to join their flagship team.
For this Senior Lettings Administrator role you must:
- Have at least 12 months experience
- Have a very high attention to detail
- Be articulate and capable of communicating effectively with tenants and HNWI alike
- Work well under pressure
- Have a good sense of humour
- have great time management skills

Produce and finalise tenancy agreements and perform in accordance with agreed quality and productivity targets

Answer the telephone and deal with any client / applicant / tenant queries promptly and professionally.

Welcome visitors into the office and deal with any lettings queries they may have.

Coordinate property inspections and client meetings for team members, where requested

Maintain an accurate record of the allocation and movement of property keys

Assist in the reference and credit check process for new and prospective tenants

Assist in the production of marketing and promotional material

Update the website, as required

Assist Property Managers in obtaining quotes, and appointing/monitoring contractors

Coordinate gas safety certificates, electrical certificates and EPCs
