Sales & Lettings Negotiator - £20K Basic £30K OTE
Our mid to high, market leading end client is seeking a driven and intelligent Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their expanding team to let their extensive portfolio of properties. The ideal Sales & Lettings Negotiator candidate will be accomplished at negotiating lettings contracts with both landlords and tenants and have a strong personality to deal with the nature of the role. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' Sales & Lettings experience. The candidate must be well spoken, highly articulate and be driven to succeed. In return our client is more than happy to pay a generous basic salary, strong commission structure and offer a structured career path.
- 2 years' Sales & Lettings Negotiator experience
- Full UK Driving License and own car required
- Drive, ambition and personality
- Well presented at all times
- Highly experienced in the understanding of buyer/applicant requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiator skills
