Senior Valuer - £25K Basic - £45K OTE
Our premium high end, market leading client is seeking a driven and intelligent Senior Valuer to join their expanding sales team. Senior Valuer role dealing with the sale of mid to high end property and the opportunity to value new instructions.
Senior Valuer:
- Arranging and conducting valuations
- Selling Houses
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Booking viewings
- Promoting the company in a professional manner
- Working as a team player to ensure the company meets targets
Senior Valuer Person Specification:
- Experience of selling houses in and around North London with a reputable brand
- Be ready to take the next step towards valuing or already be a valuer
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport instantly
- Positive Mental Attitude
- Closing ability
- Looking to further your career
- Able to maintain market share
Senior Valuer Essential Criteria:
- A full UK Driving License and own car
- 2 years experience selling houses for a reputable company
- Valuations experience
