Trainee Estate Agent - £30,000per annum - Brand new company car
This would be a great opportunity for a Trainee Estate Agent to get in to agency....
The ideal Trainee Estate Agent candidate will have previous sales experience gained from a customer focused environment and keen to learn and develop their skills in Estate Agency. This vacancy is working for a market leading estate agents. They will be highly motivated and ambitious and want to play an active part in the continued success of our client by achieving targets in all business income streams including property sales and lettings, booking valuations, financial service appointments and sign ups, conveyancing quotes and instructions. To be considered for the this Trainee Estate Agent role you will have a proven track record of working to and exceeding targets, be highly motivated and be able to work under pressure. Full Training in Sales & Lettings will be given.
The Trainee Estate Agent should have/possess:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An excellent telephone manner
- An organised and methodical approach
- Full UK driver's license
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Evidence of targeted sales experience
- Evidence of excellent customer service
- Must be smart, well spoken and hungry to progress
- Must be computer literate
