Senior Sales Negotiator £30K Basic £51K OTE (only 1 in 3 Saturdays)

Our very high end client is seeking a driven and intelligent Sales Negotiator to join their expanding team. The ideal Senior Negotiator candidate will be accomplished at negotiating Sales contracts with both vendors and applicants and have a strong personality to deal with the nature of the role. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years property Sales experience. The Senior Sales negotiator candidate must be well spoken, highly articulate and be driven to succeed.

Senior Sales Negotiator:

• 3 years (minimum) Sales Negotiator Experience
• Must be able to prove Listing and Valuation skills
• Passion for selling houses
• Chance to work for a market leading agent
• Manage electronic data and e-mails and ensure all clients files are updated and compliant
• Deal with property owners/tenants queries verbally and in written form
• Carry out market appraisals and follow up with potential clients
• Register requirements and details of potential clients and applicants
• Carry out viewings of properties
• The candidate has to be able to run their own desk
• Give feedback from viewings to the owners of properties
• Must have own car
