Senior Sales Negotiator £20-21K Basic £40K OTE

The ideal Senior Sales Negotiator candidate will be accomplished at negotiating Sales contracts with both vendors and applicants and have a strong personality to deal with the nature of the role. To be considered for this position you will have at least 18 months property sales experience. The Senior Sales negotiator candidate must be well spoken, highly articulate and be driven to succeed. You must have your own car. Full training and support provided to progress candidates. Valuing experience would be a bonus!

Senior Sales Negotiator:

• 18 months property sales experience
• Ability to demonstrate a proven track record
• Passion for selling houses
• Chance to work for a market leading agent
• Manage electronic data and e-mails and ensure all clients files are updated and compliant
• Deal with property owners/tenants queries verbally and in written form
• Carry out market appraisals and follow up with potential clients
• Register requirements and details of potential clients and applicants
• Carry out viewings of properties
• Give feedback from viewings to the owners of properties
• Must have a valid driving license
