Sales Manager- £33-38K Basic £60-65K OTE (first year)
An incredible opportunity has risen for an experienced Sales Manager to join this independent Estate Agency. You will be working within the mid/super prime markets. They are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who has 3 years property sales and valuing experience to be considered for this Sales Manager vacancy. You must be able to show above target performance, winning instructions and gaining market share. Experience in NW postcodes would be a huge plus!
In this role as Sales Manager your main responsibilities will include:
- Generating and conducting market appraisals
- Winning instructions
- Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
- Managing a team
- Ensuring office targets are being met and exceeded
- Close deals
- Valuations
Skills for the Sales Manager role includes:
- Excellent People Management
- Must be a strong valuer
- High conversion rates in valuations a must
- Must be strong market share winner
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent interpersonal skills and people management experience
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- 3 years (min) property sales and valuing experience is a must
- Experience of managing a team is essential
- Desire and success in winning new business
- Motivator of people
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Full UK Driving License and own car
