Lettings Negotiator - £15K Basic £37K OTE Car or car allowance.
Our mid to high, market leading end client is seeking a driven and intelligent Lettings Negotiator to join their expanding team to let their extensive portfolio of properties. The ideal Lettings Negotiator candidate will be accomplished at negotiating lettings contracts with both landlords and tenants and have a strong personality to deal with the nature of the role. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years Lettings experience, letting within more prime areas of London. The candidate must be well spoken, highly articulate and be driven to succeed. In return our client is more than happy to pay a generous basic salary, strong commission structure and offer a structured career path.
- 1 years Lettings Negotiator experience with market leading agency
- Full UK Driving License is essential
- Ability to demonstrate a proven track record
- Drive, ambition and personality
